MVZ of the Sportklinik Hellersen takes over the practice of Dr. Michael Brock and Thomas Trögele
The Medical Care Center (MVZ) of the Sportklinik Hellersen is integrating an orthopaedic practice in Siegen, which was previously run by Dr. Michael Brock and Thomas Trögele. With this step, the two orthopaedic specialists are setting the course for a reliable future for the practice at an early stage and at the same time securing outpatient orthopaedic care in Siegen and the surrounding area in the long term.
"It was important for us to take responsibility for the future of the practice in good time, for our patients as well as for our team," explains Dr. Michael Brock, adding: "Especially in a region like Siegen, it is crucial to create sustainable structures so that medical care can be maintained in the long term."
For patients, everyday practice life will remain unchanged. The location, opening hours, the well-established practice team and the usual medical care will continue. At the same time, the connection to the MVZ of the Sportklinik Hellersen opens up new perspectives in the background. "With Sportklinik Hellersen, we have a strong and well-known partner at our side that guarantees continuity and at the same time opens up new development opportunities," adds Thomas Trögele.
The practice continues to stand for classic conservative orthopaedics with many years of experience in the treatment of diseases of the entire musculoskeletal system. The proven medical focus remains unchanged. The focus is on conservative osteoarthritis treatment, chirotherapy and sports medicine care as well as established therapies such as acupuncture, shock wave therapy and comprehensive physical therapy. In the future, the practice will benefit from its close connection to the Sportklinik Hellersen, which will provide additional impetus and support the continuous development of medical work.
"Ensuring specialist medical care close to home is one of the central challenges in the healthcare sector," says Dirk Burghaus, Chairman of the Board of the Sportklinik Hellersen and Managing Director of the MVZ, and continues: "Especially in regions away from the large conurbations, we need players who take responsibility and actively secure existing structures. The takeover of the practice in Siegen is therefore a deliberate step to maintain and further develop medical expertise in the region in the long term and make it fit for the future."
